cups fresh coriander leaves
2 cups chana dal, soaked
1 cup gram flour
2 green chillies, chopped
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
1. Grind the
soaked chana dal. Mix it with gram flour, coriander leaves, green chilies, salt and cumin powder and make into dough.
2. Make rolls and steam it for 20 minutes.
3. Cut the rolls into thick slices. You can serve them boiled or deep
fried. Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
