3. Only one entry shall be accepted per person. For your entry to be valid, you must answer all questions on the entry form correctly.  By entering the contest you may receive promotional emails from time to time from CuisineCuisine.com, LLC.
4. Winner will be determined by a random drawing, to be held one week after the contest ends, from all eligible entries received for the contest term. Winner will be awarded the prize specified above.
5. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail within 5 days of the drawing. 
6. Winner will have 2 days from notification to accept the prize and send a return e-mail with Shipping Name and Address.  CuisineCuisine.com, LLC  is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner.
7. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases where required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
8. Winner may make no substitution or transfer of prize.
9. By accepting and/or using prize, winner agrees to the use of his/her name, voice, and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 
10. CuisineCuisine.com, LLC  shall not be responsible for any damages, taxes, or expenses that the winner might incur as a result of this sweepstakes, or receipt and/or use of prize.
